Shipping:

There is a flat shipping of $5.95 for all orders under $100, order over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING. All items will be shipped within 7-10 days of receipt of your order. If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email as to the status of the next available shipment date; if this date is unacceptable you will receive a full refund on your order. Shipping charges are for UPS ground and priority mail for the continental US. We also offer 3 day, 2 day and overnight shipping. Payment:

We accept payment by credit card thru PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment within 10 days of receiving the order. Please email sales@bikerbones.com for the appropriate mailing address and include the following information:

1. Order Number
2. Name and address
3. Reason for return or exchange

Any items returned after 10 days of receiving the order are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must include the original order number or credit card number that the order was purchased under. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 60 days.

Please use a reputable carrier when returning merchandise to insure against damage or loss. As soon as we receive the return we will credit your credit card for the items returned. If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.

Damages:

Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue a refund for the damaged items or send you replacements.

Terms:

While we have made every effort to ensure that all of the details in our web site are correct, we must reserve the right to make occasional changes without prior notice, and we can not be held responsible for typographical errors.
